I must admit that the more I read about the writing process, and the act, or series of acts, of critical reading, the more I see where I stand. You have to be humble and work hard at it, and do not hope for much, just do not!
This school is almost over and am going now through that strange period of interregnum: you have finished your required courses but you have not received your paper yet. I find the word “graduand” a bit pretentious to describe this interval, but that is a matter of taste. (As if interregnum would be less pretentious.)
Will leave very soon for Europe and will be back quite soon. The process of looking for a job does not scare me as much as the thought of preparing, from so many facets, for the next scholastic move. This move requires quite a bit of thought and some more training in reading and writing critically. Otherwise, I will face again the type of stress which took me quite a bit of time to identify its causes.
